3. Wear rubber gloves, eye protection, acids proof clothing, and protective goggles, ventilate work area, protect from direct sunlight, storage temperature -10oC up to 35oC.
4. Facility of rinsing water including a high pressure water jet and waste water treatment should be available.
5. Degreasing, to remove organic contamination such as : oil or grease, soil, grit, etc. using General Surface Cleaner - G.S.C or Metal Surface Cleaner – M.S.C depand to the surface condition, then rinsing with high pressure water jet pump.
6. Pickling or chemical cleaning
8. Neutralization & Passivation, neutralization the surface by using caustic soda solution or detergent, passivating with Passivation Layer Solution – P.L.S.
9. Final rinsing with running water and check PH of rinsing water and stop rinsing when PH value is 7.

11. Pickling or chemical cleaning report for treacability documents.

- Stainless Surface Cleaner – St.S.C, Sanitary Surface Cleaner – S.S.C for inner and outer part of surface to be treated.
- Metal Surface Cleaner – M.S.C can use to treat stainless steel surface or steel surface for surface preparation before primer epoxy paint ( SSPC-8 ).
